Where do I start, I have had numerous wins since we started using HireAra a couple of years ago. One of the most recent wins was a brand new client who I had cold-called and they had told me they had just finalised their PSL down to 4 agencies and there was no more room. I managed to convince them I had a strong candidate who might change their mind, their first feedback was that they liked the way I presented my candidate and were happy to receive more from me. I was pretty quick on doing standard CVs before but this has still saved a lot of time across the team in the past month or so we’ve been using it. My shortlists are a lot more detailed in other ways (i.e. I can spend more time on candidate profiles) because CV formatting is so much more efficient.
